How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Not long! Express orders are dispatched in 1-3 days then delivered the following day. Standard orders are dispatched in 2-5 days and delivered in 2-3 days.

Delivery in the UK is free for orders over £30.

How do I choose the right size?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot make changes to an order once it is in place. Personalised products are uniquely made to order and work begins as soon as the order is made. Please ensure you are happy with the content, layout and spelling of your design before ordering.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track the progress of your order from confirmation to delivery. All the details will be included with your confirmation email.

Can my order be ready for a for a certain date?

We always do our best to complete orders as soon as possible. If you require your order urgently please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.

Can I cancel my personalised order?

If one of your items is damaged or we have made a mistake with the personalisation we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will replace the product right away and dispatch free of charge.

Otherwise it is not possible to cancel or return personalised or custom-made items. All personalisation input is the responsibility of the customer, including spellings, colours and sizes.

Are you available for custom work?

We do accept a small amount of bespoke requests. As you may expect, these unique creations are more expensive because they take much more time. Please contact us about your project and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
